Eat Right For Healthy Skin And Aging Reversal

Eating habits effect how you age on the inside.

Sugar and simple carbohydrate foods cause the body to age quicker  by raising your sugar in your bloodstream causing high insulin levels. These high insulin levels cause enzymes to get sluggish from the sugar. The sugar slows down your enzymes, which controls your bodily changes.  This is what causes the body to age.

Researchers have looked at the population of Okinawa, Japan as an example of increasing longevity by looking at their diets.  The diets consisted of low-calorie, low-glycemic (sugar) foods.  The citizens of this area are forty times more likely to reach age 100 than an American.  This is entirely due to their dietary intake.  Amazing, what we eat can affect how long and how well we live!

Below I will list Anti Aging Foods.  Remember if it is white (potatoes, rice, pasta, sugar, milk), it is most likely not good for your body.

Anti Aging Protein

  • Soy Milk
  • Eggs
  • Chicken
  • Turkey
  • Fish

Anti Aging Carbohydrates

  • Rolled oats
  • Whole Grain Breads
  • All Vegetables (green ones especially)
  • Tomatoes
  • Apples
  • Berries
  • All Citrus Fruits

Anti Aging Fats

  • Olive Oil
  • Flaxseed oil
  • Omega Fish Oils
  • Unsalted Nuts
  • Olives

These foods make up a diet that is low glycemic.  Try to eat foods from this list every day.  Your body will react by having higher energy levels, better mood, clearer skin and by reversing the aging process.

Remember to drink eight glasses of water per day.

If you follow the food plan, drink your water, take a vitamin and supplements, and do moderate exercise 3 times per week, you will notice a difference in your complexion within one week.

In two months time you will look years younger.
